Digging out the graves of 1915, a ruling was introduced to stop the teaching of literature in the State of Massachusetts about the Armenian genocide that killed nearly 1 million people.

This ruling has been upheld by the US appeals court saying that the law will not allow genocide denial actions to take place.

American groups in Turkey have been trying since long to washout the material on this genocide in the student syllabus from schools and colleges. However, this court ruling comes as a blow to their efforts.

Several Historians have confirmed that Armenian genocide of 1915 was actually systematic killing of 1 million people and that it should necessarily be called as Genocide.

In 2005, International association of genocide scholars confirmed that this 1915 killings were actually a genocide.
