Israel’s attack on the Aid convoy to Palestine has caused international outrage and renewed the barbaric and extremist view of Israel. The convoy carrying aid materials like essential medicines, clothing and construction material far the needy Palestinians was attacked by Israel killing more than 10 innocent activists and social workers. According to international law as well as the Geneva Convention, no country can stop aid from reaching any other country, even during a active war.
Israel has shown total disregard to all the UN Charters and basic human rights through its aggressive and deadly action on the peaceful convoy.
On board were aid and peace activists, including 1976 Nobel Peace laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire of Northern Ireland as well as some European legislators. UN Security Council also condemned the bloody attack on the six ships.
The UN which is eager to put sanctions on countries just on the basis of speculation, has not taken any though stance against Israel, who has a reputation of always going against the UN resolutions and violating every basic human rights of the Palestinians.
United Nations human rights chief Navi Pillay also said that the blockade of Gaza by the Isreal was illegal. He added that blockade amounts to collective punishment of civilians, which is prohibited under the Geneva Conventions on the conduct of warfare and occupation.
Most of the dead were Turkish nationals. The Turkish Prime Minister said that this action, which is totally contrary to the principles of international law, was inhumane state terrorism and that nobody should think Turkey will keep quiet in the face of this. Turkey has also called the incident a State terrorism act by Israel, for which it should be held responsible.
India also condemned the deadly attack and said that there can be no justification for such indiscriminate use of force. The Israeli commandos opened fire on the activist and then toke the ships under custody. The flotilla organisers have always stressed that the passengers on the boats were unarmed and did not provoke the attack.
As the turkish forieng mininster addressed the UNSC he said that this day is indeed a blach day for humanity.
Guys its Israel’s way of diverting attention of its misdoings by drawing parallels. But this time it looks that Israel has chewed more than it can bite. Israel has always kept its Inhuman and barbaric actions away from the international eyes by denying acces to world media on its horrifying tortures,massacres and genocide in Gaza,Lebanon & Occupied territories. UN…. what a pity is this body on the nations. All the outrage, all the wars, all the killings are being done under proper jurisdiction of this UN only. I don’t recall any war which is being stopped by this UN when USA invaded any country. The countries aligned in with the UN are just puppets of America who veto each and every wrong decision of America without even thinking of the consequences.
They consider USA as their master, they serve USA. Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Palestine…. you name the Muslim country and it is crushed inhumanly by USA, all under proper veto of UN. USA declares war on the countries, UN doesn’t do anything and then when the war is over, UN starts sending its medical and food supplies to the killed, crushed, outraged poor casualties of the war just to gain respect in the world’s eyes. With the food and medical supplies, the UN doesn’t forgets to take media coverage also over there to let show of the world that they are so helping that they are helping the sufferers of war in the best of means they can.
This is pathetic, you did not stop the imposing war and then you(the UN) send relief packages to the casualties which would have had been saved if you would have interfered in the imposing war. A pity on humanity is the UN.
USA created Osama but when he got out of control of USA, he tried to impose war on Afghanistan just to find him and kill him. And for this they created very good mirage of the twin tower attack by Osama and militants, killing thousands of their own nationals only just to capture Afghanistan and establish their base.
USA created Israel and supplied ammunitions, weaponry, millitant packages and other disastrous weapons for years, all this under proper jurisdiction of UN only. Everyone knew what US was doing all these years by supplying the weapons to Israel, but none of our world leaders condemned the act, nor even opposed it. And now when this child of America, Israel, is going out of control, then all the mouths of the nations of UN started opening, that too only mouths. Only condemning the act of Israel.
When the aid ship was attacked then this filthy, pathetic UN realized the barbarianism of israel and for so long the thousands and thousands of the killings of Palestinian didn’t ever came under their thoughts. So filthy this UN body is.
If you didn’t do anything to stop the killings of Palestinians previously, then please let the remaining also killed ruthlessly as others have been till now, don’t show your foul words of mercy NOW just for condemning the attack of the relief ships by Israels.
Let america rise and capture every other nation. UN wants this only and nothing else. Everyone in this world, knowingly or unknowingly, has a problem with Muslims, the followers of Islam, be it America, UK, Russia, whatever. All these nations are the active members of UN but when there’s a mass killing of muslims in any part of the world, they take their position back and didn’t utter even a word. Everyone knows how corrupt America is in its motives and its intentions but nobody even thinks to oppose it.
When your own brothers, fathers, mothers, sisters, children will be killed or withheld the casualties of war or mass killings or when they’ll suffer the heat what muslims today suffer, then, may be you all will realize the pain that we feel, the tragedy that we face, the fear we live in always.
