New Delhi: The report for the verdict on Bhopal gas tragedy has been submitted and a 5 member team committee has been setup by the government of Madhya pradesh to check into the judgment.

The petition would urge the SC to re-look into its verdict that diluted charges against the accused including Keshub Mahindra, then non-executive chairman of Union Carbide.

The committee also wants a curative petition for better compensation.

The report says the state should request the Union government to form a joint task force to bring former Union Carbide chief Anderson and other accused to justice.

The report also says the state should file an appeal in the Court of Session against the Bhopal verdict given on June 7.
