Air strike kills 8 school children in Afghanistan

Afghanistan: A NATO led forces killed 10 innocent Afghan civilians, mostly children. The NATO conducted an air strike in the east of Afghan suspecting Taliban’s presence.

Amongst those killed were 8 school afgani children in the Kunar Province near the border with Pakistan on Sunday.

“It is a very rugged area, we cannot go there because of the presence of the Taliban,” Sayed Fazlullah Wahedi, the Kunar state governor.

He added “Elders of the village have told us that 10 people have been killed in this air strike, eight of them school students,”

Hamid Karzai, the president of Afghanistan said he will hold an investigation in to this incident.

Nato, who is responsible for the death of these innocent children said it will look in to this innocent.

Several international forces like Nato who are fighting against Taliban and Al Qaeda, have killed many innocent civilians by their air strikes.

Since 2001, Such air raids killed many afghan’s, have got lot of criticism by the locals.
