Former Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif made a proposal in which he stated that India and Pakistan should sign a ‘no first attack, no war pact – both conventional and nuclear’. It is best in the interests of both the countries and what they should be looking forward to, he said.
He also reacted to media reports of Ajmal Amir Qasab ‘s being a Pakistani national, the lone terrorist who was captured alive in Mumbai terror attacks.
He said Pakistan should take serious notice of that if that is found to be true. “Not just notice, we should take serious action,” he added.
