In another twist in the series of encounters, the recent Shootout at Jamia Nagar of south Delhi by the police have been claimed as fake by the residents of the area.
Jamia Nagar is another religious place of the Muslim minorities. Police claim that they had information from intelligence that Terrorists were holed up in a house in the area.
However, the residents of Jamia Nagar claim that there was no firing from within the house where police claimed they got shot from. Many residents after the shooting stopped came out on roads and raised religious slogans saying that the religious place was being targeted.
The house where the police claims the terrorists were holed up was very close to a Mosque. They said to the media that the whole incident was a setup by the police.
One of the residents of that area stated that they initially saw police vans coming in the area and later saw that it was police which started shooting at the house from where no gunshot sound came. Police kept on firing rounds of fire and in response there was no shooting from the house.
A neighbor though claims that he felt that shooting sounds were also heard from the house. However, when media tried to ask for authenticity of the claim, he backed out and said that he was not sure of it.
Sources report that the entire drama started at 10:30 am, when everybody were preparing to go out for work. This encounter is drawing huge criticism from many and might once again throw light on the dark side of security forces.
If these claims by the residents are true, then it is high time that police personals who carry out such activities need to be brought to justice.
its clear all are not against terrorism otherwise why even after such a true encounter they are saying it is a fake encounter and demotivating the police.I think those people might have hand in escaping of those two terrorists. Police should do a through search of entire area including all temple and mosque whatever they suspect. Jai hind!
Pls don’t say so easily that encounter was fake, those stupid people who are saying like this might also have been terrorist or there supporters, so pls don’t bring such an false impression too early..
I could not understand untill now that why cops been able to identify to terrorist after certain blast.And they do arresting and encounter and what else not.If the intelligence is such so smart why you didnot stop a single blast.My request is what from all police official please dont play with poor and gentle citizen.if you will kill today a innocent person tomorrow his brother or his son will try to revange.Give your genuine efforts to towards solving problem.How a muslim could be only terrorist why not a hindu or a christian.Today bajrang dal and other hindu hardliner harrasing to christian coomunity they could do also.Few days back a powerfull blast been at home what they were arms supplier of the government they got licence to do this please please please a muslim could not be terrorist if a muslim is a terrorist then all the indian is terrorist because we meanns muslims are not only indian a patriot for my country i could give my life i could not destruct to my own life or property.Time has been come sit together and think about problem donot blame to certain community this is only my request.
MUSLIM always say we are not with terrorist, but they always help them by leveling false charges against police. like happen today. if it was fake how such a senior police office is killed. when some body live in your locality you dont notice them , it is not possible. they will always say they were nice boyes and same time they will say we dont know them, they come in large no to their janaja. and if they dont not have support they can not oprarte. mother say my son has not come to home from last 6 yaers and she has no problems only when she feels that son who was killing other might be killed she take press confence.
surely the encounter was a fake. It is all to do with maligning innocent muslims. Also the bomb blasts in Delhi and Ahmedabad were fake. The victims were fake. It is all to do with maligning islam.
I just checked your story now. Really no word can describe your softness to Terrorism. Now what? Go on and suggest that the brave Inspector who died on the course of duty today actually was shot elsewhere or may be he did not die at all!!! Not only you make a mockery of the death of all those innocents who die due to the ceaseless and mindless terror attacks on Indian soil and elsewhere, you also do your utmost to belittle our police when they put their lives in danger to save us. the encounter probably was planned to be fake, otherwise how a seasoned encounter specialists went without wearing safety jacket? unfortunately for the specialists the place turned out to be a hiding place of real ones and he got killed.
Accounter was fake or not, its going to be decided by court now. But one thing is sure that there are some people who have soft minded ness towards terrorists. There has been numerous no’s of bomb blasts in the country and every investigating agency points towards one organisation. Now the encounter has happened and the comunity to which these terrorists blong are protesting. I have not seen a single press conference or a public document from the leader of this community condemning any of the blast. They always come into the picture when it comes to saving the life of terrorist or blaming government for the voilation of human rights. The reality is this the community cannot control their extremist who easily falls into the hands of anti national activities. This is mere frustation which they cannot control as day after day there is a sense of insecurity is underlying with them. I think they should concentrate on reforming their basic fundamentals instead of blaming other comunities or organisations.

It is as clear as crystal that certain musllims were involved in terror acts in the name of Jihad or Injustice . No Muslim Scholor , Leaders or anyone else can deny it but at same time it is also correct many muslim have been killed in fake encounters. Recently we read and watched that Nation debating over Metropolitan Magistrate S P Tamang’s probe report saying “ The 2004 killing of young college girl Ishrat Jahan and three others suspected to be on a mission to “kill” Chief Minister Narendra Modi was a case of “fake encounter” by the police.” a 19-year-old college going student who would take tuitions to support her family. Terrorist” .
I don’t want to pass the judgement saying this Batla House encounter was fake or real , It shall be decided by the Court but there are unanswered questions regarding this alleged “fake encounter”.
I don’t know how many muslims support Terror Groups like LeT , JeM , Al-Qaida or Taliban .I have lot of muslim friends and they condem any kind of terrorism more than anyone that take place in india or other part of the world .I would like add to the knowledge of Dharam many meetings have been held by muslim scholors and leaders across the country against Terrorism specially in Hyderabad is remarkable that I belong to. I went and attnended this meeting and many muslim scholors addressed to thousands of muslim youths and condeming all kinds of terrorism including” 26/11 mumbai attack”. They are speaking against the terrorism , shouldn’t we accept this ?
There should not be soft stand against terrorism. I would say , there should be 0% tolerance against terrorism but in the name fight against terrorism you can not torture or kill innocent muslims . weather you kill real terrorist or not , if you torture or kill innocent people , it means you making hundreds of new terrorists.
