Imagine, asking a robber to catch another robber! Well this is what happened recently in our country. Central Government has requested the support of modi’s state government in justifying the ban on SIMI outfit, trying to prove that it is the main outfit behind Ahmadabad Blasts.
The high court recently had ruled out the ban on SIMI saying that there is no sufficient evidence to prove that SIMI is a terrorist organization and their alleged involvement into various attacks carried out in recent past. This decision was over ruled when central government went up to supreme court to get stay on it.

In the fresh case submitted, the central government informed that the Ahmadabad serial blasts were the works of SIMI and that this organization is extending their support to other terrorist outfits in Punjab, Jammu and kashmir, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh.

This new affidavit also claims that SIMI has links with International terrorist Outfits. It also enclosed that there are 1900 SIMI activists who are in jail and 80 cases are running on them across the country. They also added that SIMI is against secularism and integrity and would soon cause much damage to this country.
