In an amazing crackdown on the recent Terror attacks, The Mumbai Anti-Terrorist Squad zeored on those who stole the cars and used it in the bomb blasts, in Navi Mumbai. Although our of 4 stolen cars, only 2 were planted with bomb, which was successfully defused.The CCTV footage seems to come as an important element in identifying the culprits. These were fitted outside Thane check post. There were able to identify who drove the cars to Gujarat from Navi Mumbai.This lead could take us closer towards those responsible for these recent attacks. The remaining 2 cars that were stolen were found back in Mumbai.
They were for some reason stranded and did not have any bomb planted in it. The owners of these cars are being questioned to find out the exact location from where these cars might have been picked.
